All rooms at Greyrock Farm are available by reservation only. Reservations are recommended in advance. However, last minute reservations are possible. A deposit of 1/2 is required and must be recieved within two weeks of booking to hold the room.There is a two week cancellation policy. Some weekends require at least a two night reservation.  A full breakfast is included.  The two rooms in the farmhouse are available May through September.      The West Room,  a paneled room on the Southwest corner of the farm house,  is furnished with antiques and local artwork. It features a full (double) bed and a private bath.         The East Room is a light airy room with a queen size bed, vintage furniture and a private bath. The two private baths in the farmhouse are back-to-back at the end of the hall.

The three rooms at Sparrowbush Cottage are open year round. All guest rooms in Sparrowbush Cottage are air conditioned and have individual thermostats for winter comfort. Cable TV is available in the living room and wireless internet is available housewide. The Blue Room features a king size bed and a private bath. It also has cable TV and air conditioning. The king bed can be made up as twins and  a " hired man's bed",  also in the room , makes the room  suitable for three people traveling together. There is an added charge for an additional person. The Windmill Room contains a full (double)  size bed and features a beautiful view of the Fenner Wind Farm. The Valentine Room is decorated with antique victorian valentines and provides twin beds. The Windmill Room and the Valentine Room share a bath.   Fuzzy, (the real owner of Sparrowbush Cottage)  will allow small dogs, 20# or less, if they are leashed and crated.      There is no smoking on Greyrock Farm   HOME           CONTACT US
